About the Role
A growing, planning-focused wealth management firm is seeking an Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations and deliver a high-quality, personalized client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys supporting clients with their financial needs.
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent, high-touch service to clients
- Open new client accounts and support onboarding
- Process account transfers, contributions, and money movement requests
- Prepare and track all paperwork (account setup, transfers, updates, etc.)
- Work with custodians to resolve account-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of client activity in the CRM system
- Support billing and reporting processes
- Help improve workflows and increase efficiency
- Use and help manage systems like CRM, DocuSign, and other tools
- Communicate with clients, advisors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Assist with additional operational tasks as needed
- Strong focus on customer service and client experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
- Experience with DocuSign and Microsoft Office
- 3–5 years of experience in financial services operations
- Experience with custodial platforms (Schwab is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Series 65 is a plus
- Professional and able to handle sensitive information
