Overview
Looking for a hands-on Site Superintendent to lead field operations and coordinate subcontractors on active construction projects.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily construction activities on site
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and materials
Monitor quality, safety, and project timelines
Communicate updates to Project Manager
Handle inspections, change orders, and closeout tasks
What You Need
7 years of construction experience
Experience managing job sites and subcontractors
Knowledge of commercial construction or site work
Familiar with OSHA and building codes
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
