What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading field operations on large-scale commercial roofing jobs
- Managing foremen and field crews, ensuring productivity and safety
- Overseeing labor, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track
- Collaborating with PMs, coordinators, and clients to drive results
- Representing the company in site meetings with GCs, owners, and engineers
- Enforcing all OSHA and job-site safety requirements
- Solving problems fast and keeping the job moving
- Comfortable with 50% travel
Background Profile
- Expertise in: Large-scale commercial roofing projects (reroofing, restoration, waterproofing, and full lifecycle project execution)
- 5 years’ experience in: Commercial roofing industry (multi-million-dollar healthcare, government, institutional, and industrial projects)
- Exposure to: Complex reroofing projects in regulated environments (healthcare, military, education) with strong safety and compliance standards
- Working knowledge of: Commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, Metal, SPF, Green & Solar roofing) and industry software such as Procore and/or The Edge
- Education or equivalent experience: Relevant construction education OR equivalent hands-on commercial roofing & waterproofing experience
