Inside Sales Partner
Location: Jessup, Maryland

Our client, a leading building materials supply company, is looking to add a high-impact Inside Sales professional to support their top-performing sales team. This is not a traditional inside role. This position sits at the center of major projects and high-value orders, ensuring seamless execution and driving consistent revenue across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work directly with senior sales representatives to support and execute large-scale, high-value orders
  • Manage and process incoming orders tied to active projects with speed and accuracy
  • Ensure all quotes, pricing, and order details are aligned to maximize gross profit
  • Act as a key point of coordination between sales, operations, and customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and repeat clients
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and increase overall order value
  • Keep projects moving by proactively solving problems and eliminating bottlenecks

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in inside sales, sales support, or order management within building materials or construction-related industries
  • Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy
  • Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of margins and profitability
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a sense of urgency

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 (Base Commission)
  • Commission based on a percentage of gross profit on all processed invoices
  • Consistent access to high-value orders through close partnership with top sales performers
