What You’ll Be Doing
- Work directly with senior sales representatives to support and execute large-scale, high-value orders
- Manage and process incoming orders tied to active projects with speed and accuracy
- Ensure all quotes, pricing, and order details are aligned to maximize gross profit
- Act as a key point of coordination between sales, operations, and customers
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and repeat clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and increase overall order value
- Keep projects moving by proactively solving problems and eliminating bottlenecks
- Experience in inside sales, sales support, or order management within building materials or construction-related industries
- Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of margins and profitability
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a sense of urgency

- Total Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 (Base Commission)
- Commission based on a percentage of gross profit on all processed invoices
