What You'll Do
• Explain products, services, and technology solutions to customers via phone and email
• Sell, upsell, cross-sell, and promote services and bundles to new and existing customers
• Maintain detailed knowledge of pricing, service territories, promotions, and equipment
• Handle customer questions about features, upgrades, billing, payments, and service options
• Initiate service orders for new activations, upgrades, disconnects, and number ports
• Investigate and resolve billing issues; apply credits and adjustments as appropriate
• Post payments, process insufficient checks, and assist with delinquent account arrangements
• Follow CPNI/PII guidelines when accessing customer accounts (training provided)
• Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, batch payments, and record maintenance
• Escalate issues to supervisors and collaborate with internal departments as needed
• Provide friendly, accurate, and professional communication on every customer interaction
What We're Looking For
• Strong sales background with a proven track record
• Experience in customer service or call-heavy environments
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
• Clear, friendly verbal communication and professional writing skills
• Tech-savvy with strong desire to learn new systems and services
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
