The Sales Support Representative is assigned to one or more Executive, Senior Executive or Presidential Account Managers to assist in their day-to-day fulfillment of orders and resolving customer issues on assigned accounts, both new and existing. In a Typical Day You Will:
- Provide superior customer to the Account Manager and customer during the order fulfillment process and in servicing
- Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions to allow the Account Manager the time and opportunity to expand their business.
- Minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution.
- Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed
- Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy andcustomer satisfaction
