We’re partnered with a growing, well-established wealth management firm in West Hartford that works with high-net-worth clients. As their client base expands, they’re adding a Financial Planning Specialist to support their Senior Financial Planner.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 years in financial planning or wealth management who wants to grow in a structured, mentorship-driven environment — with real exposure to advanced planning strategies and client interaction.

What You’ll DoPrepare and update financial plans using eMoney (or similar software)
Gather and organize client financial data
Assist with cash flow projections, investment reviews, and scenario planning
Maintain accurate and compliant client records
Attend select client meetings and support planning discussions
Partner with advisory, operations, and compliance teams
Provide responsive, high-quality client service
2 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
Experience with eMoney or similar planning software preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional communication skills — this role has client exposure
CFP® preferred or interest in pursuing it
Clear path toward advancement into a planning or advisory role
Direct mentorship from senior leadership
Exposure to sophisticated high-net-worth planning strategies
Stable, collaborative team environment
