Financial Planning and Support Specialist

This position requires that you possess the following skills:
· High level of communication and follow-through skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
· Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred
· Experience with MS Office, Excel and Salesforce preferred
· Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
· 4 Year college degree in business or finance
Responsibilities/Tasks:
· Responsible for preparing risk reports, income analysis, and one page deliverables for prospective client meetings
· Prepare documents for upcoming review appointments with existing clients.
· Manage Salesforce data & ensure records are kept.
· Produce additional analysis reports for advisors as requested.
· Maintain accurate filing records to satisfy federal regulator requirements.
· Support the specialist department with any additional tasks.
