You will work closely with clients to tailor solutions that meet their retirement needs, educate employees about their options, and assist with any inquiries related to their 401(k) plans. A strong understanding of retirement plan regulations and the ability to navigate complex financial concepts will be essential for success in this position. - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in 401(k) plan administration or similar retirement plan experience
- Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS regulations, and compliance issues related to 401(k) plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retirement plan recordkeeping systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
