Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day job site activities and subcontractors
- Ensure work meets plans, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and testing
- Track progress and update schedules
- Run weekly subcontractor meetings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Enforce OSHA safety standards
- Support project closeout (punch lists, final inspections)
- 7 years of construction experience
- Superintendent experience with a general contractor preferred
- Commercial or site development experience
- Ability to read blueprints and manage job site operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
