What You Will Do
- Technical Assembly: Prepare high-precision molds and load fiberglass reinforcements for specialized industrial components.
- Resin Infusion: Operate Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) equipment, managing injection and curing cycles to meet strict engineering specs.
- Finishing & Craftsmanship: Perform de-molding, sanding, and de-burring to ensure a perfect finish.
- Quality Control: Conduct critical visual inspections to ensure every part can withstand the world's harshest industrial environments.
- Specialized Background: Direct experience in RTM, fiberglass layup, or composite manufacturing.
- Mechanical Skill: Proficiency with hand or power tools and the ability to interpret technical work instructions.
- Work History: A proven track record of employment stability (we are looking for long-term career seekers).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
