Location: Denver, CO
Travel: Project-based travel required
Compensation: $100,000–$140,000 DOE full benefits
We’re partnering with a respected heavy civil contractor to hire an experienced Bridge / Heavy Civil Superintendent.
This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on field leader who knows how to run bridge, structural concrete, and infrastructure projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing- Lead day-to-day field operations on bridge and heavy civil projects
- Manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and site activity
- Drive production while keeping projects on schedule and on budget
- Review plans, drawings, shop drawings, and project specs
- Oversee bridge work, structural concrete, and roadway-related activity
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and field teams
- Track daily production, manpower, quantities, and equipment usage
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and compliance
- Solve field issues quickly and keep work moving
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent
- Strong background in bridge construction and heavy civil work
- Experience on DOT and municipal infrastructure projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Strong field leadership and communication skills
- Safety-first mindset
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- CDOT project experience
- Experience with:
- substructure
- superstructure
- decking
- structural concrete
- bridge rehab
- pile driving
- steel girders
- formwork
- earthwork
