We’re partnering with Houston organization that is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant who can provide high-level support across personal, office, and administrative needs. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their day, and is comfortable balancing both personal and corporate tasks.
Responsibilities:
Personal & Executive Support
- Manage personal calendars for family, kids, and select corporate events
- Coordinate personal bill payments and important deadlines
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Order meals, make reservations, and assist with special requests
- Communicate regularly with a property manager in Mexico (Spanish required)
Office & Administrative Support
- Fill in for the receptionist when needed and assist with general office operations
- Maintain office inventory and supplies
- Support company events, including 2–3 large galas each year
- Run a wide range of errands (bank, dry cleaners, coffee runs, car wash, car maintenance, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in an office or administrative setting
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Someone who is extremely flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working irregular or extended hours
- A positive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
- Must live in the central Houston area
- A reliable personal vehicle (this role requires frequent errands)
