Our client in Northwest Houston is seeking a detail-oriented Shared Services Associate to support day-to-day administrative and transactional functions at the corporate level. Responsibilities:
- Assist with documentation related to mobile home transactions
- Maintain accurate records and organized files across multiple accounts
- Support bookkeeping activities such as invoice tracking, reconciliations, and bill processing
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Shared Services team
- Communicate with local and state agencies as needed
- Help ensure smooth, timely processing of internal transactions
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or some college coursework preferred (open to entry-level candidates)
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Comfortable working with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and stay detail-focused
- Professional communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Exposure to real estate, accounting, bookkeeping, or shared services environments is a plus
- Experience supporting administrative or back-office operations is a plus
