TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a client in the Brookshire, TX area
Position: Bilingual Dispatcher (English/Spanish)
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-7:30pm but flexible as schedule may vary
Summary: Support the dispatch department of a large retail responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and resolving problems for drivers, customers and customer service. distributor. Bilingual Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers.
- Provide precise logistics for drivers to follow along on their routes.
- Coordinate delivery times.
- Answering switchboards and helping customers.
Bilingual Dispatcher Requirements:
- Must have one (1) year of experience as a dispatcher, computer literate, data entry, customer service oriented and attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Person must be able to work any shift to satisfy the demand for flexibility of scheduling to ensure operational success. This includes, but is not limited to, day shifts, evening shifts and weekend shifts when needed.
