Job Description

• Oversee daily operations at construction sites to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Proactively address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Manage site inspections and quality control to ensure high standards are met.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
• Travel to various project sites as required to oversee construction activities.

A Successful Traveling Superintendent Should Have

• Proven experience managing retail construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple tasks and teams.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and plans.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various project locations.
