Job Description
- Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain efficient project workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
- Oversee scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation for assigned projects.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.
