Job Description
As the Superintendent, you will report directly to senior project leadership and take full ownership of field execution on commercial construction projects.
- Lead day‑to‑day on‑site operations from ground‑up through close‑out
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
- Manage project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain budget and quality
- Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and local codes
- Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for all field activities

- Background may include retail, office, industrial, healthcare, or mixed commercial work
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules
- Experience enforcing jobsite safety and quality standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working on local projects only
- $80,000 - $120,000 base salary, dependent on experience
- Stable pipeline of local commercial work
