Job Description
- Lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System to support business and operational goals
- Own nonconformance management, CAPA, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation efforts
- Establish and track quality KPIs, using data to drive decisions and measurable improvements
- Serve as the primary quality contact for customers, leading issue resolution and audit engagement
- Lead internal, external, customer, and supplier audits with strong follow‑through
- Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving across the site
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve process capability and reduce variation
- Drive supplier quality performance and corrective actions
- Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team while building a strong quality‑first culture
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 6-10 years of progressive experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in ISO‑based quality systems and quality audits
- Proven expertise in root cause analysis and structured problem solving (8D, DMAIC, PDCA)
- Experience leading teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, and control plans
