The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the General Counsel of a leading law firm. This is a Contract to Hire role which requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Counsel as well as senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the General Counsel.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain detailed filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist in planning and executing events, conferences, and other organizational initiatives.
- Track and manage expenses, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of reports.
- Provide additional administrative support to other team members as needed.

Profile
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is required.
- Experience working in the legal sector or non-profit is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is recommended.
- Experience in providing executive-level administrative support.
- A proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in DC is required.
