Job Description
- Manage construction projects from kickoff through completion
- Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality goals are met
- Lead project teams in partnership with Superintendents
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and design teams
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Drive scheduling updates and procurement timelines
- Lead progress meetings and communicate project updates
- Oversee pay applications, forecasting, cost tracking, and cash flow
- Deliver successful closeouts, punch lists, warranties, and turnover
- Support preconstruction with bid reviews, scope development, and buyout strategy
- Identify risks and support value engineering efforts
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- History of delivering projects valued at $5M
- Background in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls
- Experience managing subcontractors and contracts
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, P6, or similar software
- Strong communicator with leadership presence
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Effective problem solver in fast-paced project environments
- Skilled at building relationships with clients and project teams
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and strong commitment to safety
