Job Description
As the Superintendent, you will report to senior project leadership and take responsibility for the successful on‑site delivery of base‑building projects.
- Lead day‑to‑day site operations on light industrial and aviation builds
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality from start to finish
- Drive accountability across all trades to ensure milestones are met
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers and internal leadership
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a proactive site culture
- Identify and solve problems quickly to keep projects moving
- Represent the business professionally with clients and partners

The Successful Applicant
For The Superintendent Role, We Are Seeking
- 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial projects
- Proven background in base‑build construction (not tenant improvements)
- Experience with light industrial, aviation, data center, or similar facilities
- Strong leadership style with the ability to hold teams accountable
- High ownership mentality - you bring energy, urgency, and solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, adaptable environment
- Local to the coastal Southeast Georgia region
- Base salary: $90,000 - $100,000
- Annual, uncapped bonus with significant earning potential
- 401(k) with 4% company match

- Vehicle allowance: $300-$1,000 per month (gas included)
