Description
* Support daily site operations on custom residential projects
* Assist with subcontractor coordination and scheduling
* Help maintain quality, safety, and site organization
* Track progress and flag issues to PM or PX
* Participate in inspections and punch‑list activities
Profile
* 3-5 years' experience in construction
* At least 3 years with a general contractor
* Experience with small to midsized GCs
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
* Miami‑based with no relocation needs
Job Offer
Salary range: $75,000-$90,000 base plus bonus
