Description
The Lead Superintendent will:
- Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to maintain efficient workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Monitor project budgets and identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively to minimize delays.
- Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders regarding project progress.
- Mentor and manage on-site staff to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Profile
The Lead Superintendent should have:
- 3-5 years operating as a Superintendent within a high-performing General Contractor environment
- A track record of leading from the front-building strong teams, holding high standards, and developing talent beneath you
- Experience delivering ground-up or complex renovation projects in the $10M-$50M range
- Background in life sciences, education, commercial, RIIDE, or light industrial/defense environments
- A clear, confident communicator who thrives in accountability and is motivated to grow within a results-driven organization
Job Offer
The Lead Superintendent will receive:
- Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $180,000 annually.
- Annual vehicle allowance of $10,400.
