Responsibilities- Operate and maintain manual machining equipment, including lathes, vertical mills, and saws, to fabricate precise components.
- Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate part production.
- Perform critical quality inspections using precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and angle finders.
- Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure full compliance with FDA, QSR, and international regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Uphold a safe and organized work environment by performing routine equipment maintenance and workspace sanitation.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience operating manual lathes, vertical mills, and saws.
- Proven ability to accurately use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with solid basic math proficiency.
