Precision CNC Technician

As a Precision CNC Technician, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing success by managing complex machine setups and optimizing production workflows. You will leverage your technical expertise to ensure high-quality output while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Execute precise CNC machine setups and operation to meet rigorous quality and production standards.
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs to maximize machine performance and output accuracy.
• Perform thorough in-process inspections using precision gages to guarantee all components meet exact specifications.
• Proactively identify and implement Lean manufacturing and 6S improvements to reduce waste and optimize cycle times.
• Maintain equipment health through routine cleaning and fluid management, ensuring long-term operational reliability.
• Utilize shop management software to accurately track job progress and resource allocation.
• Support broader manufacturing goals by performing manual machining, saw-cutting, and assembly tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• 5 years of hands-on experience in a professional CNC machining environment.
• Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Deep understanding of CNC programming logic, including G-code editing and format optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to disciplined, continuous process improvement.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple production tasks independently.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer literacy.
