Quality Control Technician

As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and precision of our manufactured components. By leveraging your expertise in metrology and technical inspection, you will safeguard our high standards of excellence across all production phases.

• Execute comprehensive mechanical and visual inspections using advanced metrology tools such as CMMs, optical comparators, and precision hand gages.
• Drive product quality by conducting thorough First Article Inspections (FAIs) in strict accordance with established quality management systems.
• Maintain precise inspection documentation and digital records to ensure full traceability and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide data-driven insights for the disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Support the reliability of measurement systems by assisting with the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits to uphold rigorous industry standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in quality inspection within a highly regulated, precision-manufacturing environment.
• Advanced ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T requirements.
• Demonstrated proficiency with both analog and digital measurement instrumentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to document results accurately and maintain detailed quality logs.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working within aerospace or similar high-tolerance manufacturing sectors.
• Working knowledge of ISO 10012 standards and quality management protocols.
• Experience with CMM programming or operation.
• Strong computer literacy, specifically with data entry and quality management software.
