• Execute complex machining operations by interpreting technical drawings and applying precise NC programs.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy by utilizing advanced hand metrology tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Maximize production throughput by accurately logging cycle times and operational data into digital management systems.
• Maintain high-quality output by monitoring scrap rates and proactively identifying opportunities for process refinement.
• Uphold organizational standards by assisting in quality management system audits and maintaining a pristine, hazard-free workspace.
• Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and improve overall manufacturing consistency.
