CNC Programmer

Qualifications for CNC Programmer/Machinist:

• Minimum of one year of professional programming background
• Prior hands-on experience with machine setup
• Proficiency with Fanuc or Haas controls, as well as Mastercam or Fusion 360, is considered an asset
• Competency in utilizing precision measurement instruments like height gauges, calipers, and micrometers

Core Duties for CNC Programmer:

• Execute the setup, operation, and programming of various CNC machinery to facilitate efficient part manufacturing
• Contribute to the production of essential components for municipal water pressure-reducing valves
• Receive comprehensive training to support professional growth for those with developing programming skills
• Maintain equipment performance by diagnosing minor mechanical faults and overseeing the full setup and operation cycle
• Ensure high-quality output by accurately interpreting complex blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Help maintain strict quality standards by consistently achieving precise tolerances and required surface finishes
