Professional Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of relevant work history.
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating hand spray equipment.
• Background in automotive detailing, millwork finishing, or comparable spray-application settings.
• A sharp eye for precision and accuracy.

Core Duties:

• Utilize hand sprayers to apply various coatings like wax, stain, lacquer, oil, and paint to diverse substrates including metal and wood.
• Manage the preparation and masking of surfaces, handle the mixing of finishing agents, and perform touch-ups on imperfections.
• Maintain high standards of precision to ensure uniform results while helping to reduce overall material consumption.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets, uphold OSHA safety protocols, maintain a tidy workspace, and perform final quality inspections to ensure excellence.
