Industrial Maintenance Technician

Technical Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of professional background in machine repair or industrial maintenance.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical or electrical issues.
• Familiarity with flexographic, converting, packaging, print finishing, or printing machinery is advantageous.
• Demonstrated skill in electrical diagnostics is considered a valuable asset.
• Knowledge of PLC systems or programming logic is a plus.

Core Duties:

• Ensure the operational efficiency of industrial print-finishing systems, including die cutting, foil stamping, folding, gluing, laminating, coating, and automated assembly equipment.
• Perform essential upkeep such as lubrication, mechanical repairs, equipment fine-tuning, and routine electrical troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly.
• Assist with the installation of new machinery and perform minor fabrication or welding tasks as needed.

Required Proficiencies:

• Expertise in electrical diagnostic procedures.
• Expertise in mechanical diagnostic procedures.
• Practical knowledge of packaging industry standards.

Technology and Equipment:

• Operation and maintenance of various packaging machinery.
