About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and services on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks to repair or modify equipment as needed.
- Prepare and install new machinery, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Analyze machine performance data to identify trends and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
- Manage and document maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Associate degree in a related technical field and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CMMS software for work order management.
- Welding certification.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
