What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform maintenance on buildings, equipment, and production assets
- Troubleshoot and repair:
o Motors and drives
o 440V 3-phase electrical systems
o Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules
- Read and interpret prints and technical instructions
- Work alongside production teams and contractors
- Identify required parts and communicate maintenance needs
- Perform general facility maintenance including housekeeping and repairs
- Follow all OSHA and safety regulations
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or millwright work OR technical training
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic knowledge of:
o Motor controls
o Electrical systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Pay: $28–$32/hour
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
