Industrial Maintenance Technician
Twinsburg, OH
Shift: 2nd shift & Weekend shift
Pay: $32-35/hr.

What You’ll Do- Conduct preventative maintenance on industrial machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to maintain operational efficiency.
- Swiftly identify and resolve issues to minimize interruptions.
- Work on a variety of equipment, including conveyors, presses, CNC machines, and automated systems.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Participate in the installation and upgrades of equipment.
- Keep detailed maintenance records and documentation.
2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Familiarity with: Motors, drives, and PLCs (basic understanding preferred)
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Welding or fabrication skills (a plus)
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
- Experience working with robotics or automated systems.
- Relevant electrical certifications or technical training.
- You take pride in ensuring equipment is fixed correctly.
- You are dependable and ready to contribute.
- You enjoy hands-on work and solving problems.
- You are a collaborative team member who can also work independently.
