Responsibilities- Implement manufacturing strategies rooted in lean principles to optimize operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
- Champion best practices across all facets of plant performance, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a high-performance culture and enabling individual success.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to quality management systems, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to maintain product integrity.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development, in alignment with HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or equivalent experience (20 years in manufacturing leadership).
- Extensive experience (10-15 years) in operations management within a highly engineered manufacturing environment, preferably plastic injection molding, with P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
