Electrical Facilities Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Facility Electrical Specialist to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our facility's electrical systems. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in electrical systems, automation controls, and safety regulations to maintain and improve our infrastructure. Your contributions will directly impact operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of facility electrical systems, components, and controls through rigorous testing and analysis.
• Design and implement testing methodologies to validate system and component capabilities, ensuring optimal performance.
• Spearhead initiatives to maintain and enhance facility equipment and automation controls, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and engineers, to manage electrical and automation projects from inception to completion.
• Uphold strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as customer, quality, and safety standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in facility maintenance, modifications, and upgrades, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Lead construction projects, overseeing daily facility activities and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks through comprehensive assessments, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and diagnosing electrical system issues.
• Demonstrated experience in facility electrical systems and maintenance leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with OSHA, ISO/TS 16949, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver results under pressure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management acumen.
