What's the Job?
- Manage assigned strategic customer accounts throughout the entire lifecycle, including design review, manufacturing feasibility, tooling coordination, validation, launch, and ongoing support.
- Serve as the primary technical and commercial liaison between customers and global manufacturing operations, ensuring clear communication of customer needs and internal feedback.
- Coordinate design reviews, evaluate product designs for manufacturability, and communicate technical recommendations to customers and internal teams.
- Support tooling, validation, customer approval processes, and ensure successful product launches by tracking milestones and resolving issues proactively.
- Address production support and quality concerns post-launch, coordinating corrective actions and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in engineering, technical account management, or manufacturing program management.
- Experience working with engineered products, customer specifications, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with engineering software such as CREO or similar tools.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to approximately 15%.
