Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Professional 1, Engineering Intern to join their team. As a Professional 1, Engineering Intern, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting project development and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with a mentor on project assignments aligned with your academic background.
• Apply classroom knowledge to real-world applications, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or related field, with at least completed sophomore year.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work a minimum of eight continuous weeks on 1st shift (flexible start time between 7AM and 8AM).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or AutoCAD (preferred), along with an interest in fabrication, automation, or industrial processes (preferred).
