Job Title: Senior Facilities Maintenance Engineer

What's the Job?
- Provide comprehensive facility maintenance support, including contractor on-site support and project coordination.
- Manage, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot building equipment and machinery, including HVAC and temperature control systems.
- Schedule system downtimes for construction and mechanical support, ensuring clear communication with key stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and updating manufacturing documentation such as work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and product quality, while partnering with the HSE team to uphold safety protocols.
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering, energy, cleanroom, mechanical contracting, or facility management.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental health and safety guidelines, and local building and fire codes.
- U.S. Person status, including U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or approved refugee/asylee, with restrictions on certain nationalities due to security requirements.
