Field Upgrade Representative - DE

Our client, a leader in sustainable energy solutions, is seeking a Field Upgrade Representative to join their team. As a Field Upgrade Representative, you will be part of the Field Service Department supporting the installation, inspection, and upgrade of advanced fuel cell systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform module-specific upgrades, inspections, and data collection on Bloom Energy fuel cell systems following detailed work instructions.
• Collaborate closely with Field Service technicians and managers to resolve technical issues and escalate non-standard problems.
• Utilize inspection equipment and hand tools to ensure quality and safety standards are met during site visits.
• Provide comprehensive documentation and administrative reports for each site visit in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, working outdoors and traveling as needed within the service radius.
  
  

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of factory assembly line work or relevant field equipment experience.
• Technical diploma, Journeymen Certification, or equivalent industry experience of 1 year or more.
• Basic understanding of fuel cell operation is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interpret technical documents.
• Mechanical aptitude, familiarity with hand tools, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
