Job Title:Project Engineer

What's the Job?
- Lead and execute capital and process improvement projects ranging from $50K to over $1M in scope.
- Support production capacity enhancements, safety improvements, and quality upgrades across multiple manufacturing areas.
- Manage full-cycle project execution including concept development, URS preparation, vendor selection, FAT/SAT, installation, and validation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA standards, and safety regulations throughout project phases.
- Coordinate with external contractors, prepare project status reports, and identify opportunities for process optimization and technology upgrades.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience leading capital projects in regulated environments such as pharma or nutraceutical manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of cGMP, FDA expectations, and validation processes.
- Proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
