Lead Project Engineer – Americas

- Schenectady, New York (3 positions)
$57 – $64 per hour
What’s the Job?
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and EPCs
- Provide technical project leadership and coordinate engineering activities across teams
- Lead customer meetings including CKOMs and Design Liaison Meetings (DLMs)
- Manage engineering scope changes, cost/schedule impacts, and change orders
- Resolve cross-functional technical issues and mitigate project risks
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering OR High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, or Field Engineering
- Ability to travel approximately 10%–15%
- Strong communication and leadership skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, or Field Engineering
- Customer-facing technical or engineering experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to interface with clients and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering OR equivalent experience (5 years if no degree)
