Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Support team, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical building systems across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Wichita, KS

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to ensure facilities meet applicable standards.
• Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper operation and functionality.
• Maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment through cleaning, inspection, calibration, and replacement of parts to ensure optimal performance.
• Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation.
• Monitor the quality and cost of maintenance work performed by external contractors.
  
  

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Proven experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems diagnosis and corrective actions.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
