What's the Job?
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for Revenue Growth Management initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of project milestones
- Implement governance frameworks, including performance tracking and reporting progress
- Identify project risks, gaps, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies
- Support the development and rollout of key RGM capabilities such as pricing strategy and promotional effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial environments
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Excellent analytical skills with experience leveraging data for decision-making in manufacturing
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels within a global organization
