Job Description: Manufacturing EngineerEducation: Bachelors or Five years of work experience within a manufacturing environmentWe are seeking a skilled and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving CNC Machining processes, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.- Design and implement new manufacturing systems, equipment, and processes.- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new machined products.- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for production processes and propose solutions to reduce costs.- Troubleshoot existing production issues and implement timely solutions.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.- Prepare and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and procedures.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role or similar position.- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is an advantage.Benefits:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Supportive and inclusive work environment.- Paid time off.About Us: Since 1981, our family-owned manufacturing company has delivered quality products with integrity and care.
