We are seeking a motivated and Account Manager to support a fast-paced manufacturing client in Whitsett, NC. This role is fully on-site and plays a critical part in recruiting, staffing, and employee engagement within a production environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume setting, builds strong relationships, and is passionate about connecting great talent with opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and production positions
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
- Coordinate and support new hire orientation
- Maintain strong employee engagement on-site to promote retention and morale
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and workforce
- Partner closely with client leadership to meet staffing goals and production demands
- Monitor attendance, performance feedback, and workforce needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship- building skills ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
