Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant II to support commercial Demand-Side Management (DSM) and energy efficiency programs across multiple jurisdictions. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional or recent graduate looking to build experience in marketing operations, customer support, utilities, and sustainability programs.
This role will support program administration, rebate processing coordination, customer communication, and marketing material updates while working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support commercial DSM and energy efficiency programs across multiple jurisdictions
Update and maintain marketing and program materials
Review rebate applications and submit requests to processing teams
Manage program inboxes and respond to customer inquiries
Utilize Salesforce to review and manage assigned tasks and workflows
Coordinate with project teams to obtain missing invoices, documentation, and supporting materials
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone
Attend weekly product/program meetings to discuss priorities and project updates
Assist with reporting, tracking, and administrative support activities
Support marketing analysis and program performance initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Customer service experience
Utility, regulatory, energy efficiency, or DSM program experience
Marketing or program coordination experience
