A leading organization is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Coordinator to support Commercial & Industrial (C&I) contractor programs. This role focuses on data collection, reporting, analytics, and visualization, helping the business make informed decisions through clear, actionable insights. Responsibilities
- Pull, organize, and analyze data from Salesforce CRM and other internal platforms
- Manage and fulfill reporting requests submitted through intake forms, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Collaborate with business partners to clarify reporting needs and gather additional requirements as needed
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support leadership decision‐making
- Present data insights in a clear and meaningful way using charts, graphs, and presentations
- Modify and refine reports based on stakeholder and leadership feedback
- Support ad‐hoc reporting, analytics, and operational tasks across the team
- Partner with teammates to gather data from multiple sources when required
- Utilize analytical techniques to support marketing, measurement, and performance reporting efforts
- Assess program performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain strong communication with internal customers and demonstrate a customer‐service mindset
Required Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in analytics, reporting, coordination, or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP
- Pivot tables
- Charts and graphs
- Formatting and data organization
- Experience with Salesforce CRM reporting or dashboards
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly collaborative with a customer‐focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Analytics experience within Salesforce, including Einstein Analytics
- Prior experience in utilities or regulated industries
- Business or marketing degree (preferred, not required)
- Ability to present data and insights to senior leadership
- SQL knowledge (nice to have, not required)
