Position Overview
The HR Manager will partner with leadership across multiple locations to drive talent strategy, employee relations, compliance, and overall HR operations. This role will also oversee HR staff and play a key role in building a strong, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership on recruiting, retention, and succession planning
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for key and leadership roles
- Supervise HR team and provide guidance on complex employee matters
- Lead employee relations, investigations, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
- Support and enhance compensation and benefits programs
- Develop onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives
- Maintain HR systems, records, and training compliance
- Build talent pipelines and represent the company at recruiting events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree 4 years HR experience, or Associate’s 6 years
- Supervisory experience preferred

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
